Unfortunately, I was stuck at work and couldn't join, but began communicating with Josh and Paul by e-mail. Not the traditional method, but they were responsive with each e-mail and the string soon became a sale. I appreciate their flexibility in communication such that despite my work focus for the week, we'd negotiated a sale in 18 hrs from test drive to close . . . several of those spent sleeping.

With a deal in hand, Justin entered the frame, taking the credit app via phone, and having -- essentially -- completed paperwork upon our Thursday PM arrival for delivery.
